I like the "real men don't manage servers (anymore)" bit. It's likely to be true for a couple reasons, I think. First, some of the management of servers will be consolidated to fewer places (like to the service providers delivering cloud computing capabilities). But second, the expansion of automation will help enable this. It's been an uncomfortable topic for IT operations folks for quite a while, but is key to be able to use clouds -- public or private.
